* Suspension Insulators Hardware

BGB manufactured hardwares are used for stringing Disc Insulators in both Tension and Suspension Lines.SA * Tension Hardware bolted type consist of Maleable / Aluminium Die Cast, Clamp, Socket, Socket Eye, Ball Link and D Shackle as per BS 3288. * Suspension Hardware bolted type consist of Malleable/ Aluminium Die Cast, Clamp, Socket Eye with Ball Link and Eye Hooks as per IS. Also tension and suspension Single/Double compression type fitting with arcing horn available suitable for all type of conductors and voltage.

* GI SPINDLE

Spindles are made of Mild Steel / Hot Dip Galvanized for Pin Insulators, holding Pin Insulators of 11/22/33 KV and LT grade. The length of GI Pin are 7.5”, 12.5" 15" and 18” or as per specification. They are manufactured in accordance to IS & BS Standard

* Distribution & Transmission Fittings

Distribution, Transmission and Substation fitting like connectors, P.G.Clamp, Sleeves, Clamps, Damps, Spacers, Mid Span joint etc. upto 400 kV Line in best grade Aluminium available.
